This week, Manchester School District announced we will launch our first dual-language immersion program in the fall of 2024. The Spanish-English program will start at the elementary level, with two classes of kindergarten students, and it will be open to students from across the city.
We'll be hosting a pair of informational sessions on the program – one in Spanish (at 4:30 pm) and one in English (at 5:30 pm) – next Wednesday, October 4, at Memorial High School. You can find more information on the program and the event here: https://www.mansd.org/article/1259332.

Look for the Manchester School District table to learn more about our job opportunities, and get info on the importance of good attendance. The festivities will roll out on Saturday, September 23rd, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Manchester, NH. Free transportation to and from the park will be available from the Manchester Transit Authority.

All summer long, anyone 18 and younger can get free meals through the Summer Food Service Program, provided by Southern New Hampshire Services. On Saturday, June 17, we celebrate the Class of 2023! Graduations for all four high schools will be held back-to-back at the SNHU Arena in downtown Manchester. The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is the leading walk in the country supporting inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (also known as IDD).
