Braeden Wright completes UNH-Manchester Internship

Braeden Wright ('18) recently completed his internship with faculty advisor Sean Tavares at the University of New Hampshire at Manchester on a project entitles Airplane Scale Model to Calculate Relative Drag. The purpose of this project was to search for and identify the scale difference of aerodynamic characteristics of an airplane, and accurately represent such a ratio through creating a scale model of an existing airplane, and calculating the difference of relative drag of the model and the real airplane in theory. The airplane design was based on a Curtiss SB2C with scale and functional airbrakes.
